Annex Exterior

Porch and deck were removed to reveal rotten supporting beam. The entire annex will get proper flashing, weatherproofing and new siding.

Annex Interior

Several studs along the west side wall were split and needed replacing. Interior walls needed new insulation and paneling. The facade needed a complete rebuild and new door.

East Front Window

Window frame was removed, supporting wall rebuilt, and window frame put back into its proper place.
